Brief on the DLTI International

In the matter of national development and growth, one ‘thing’ must stand out, and that is the issue of vision. The foundation of our dear country Nigeria has to be revisited, and I say this with all sense of humility; if not we will keep going round the clock. I think ‘history’ has to come into play here. Vision, is the basic requirement for leadership.

We’re based in Nigeria, West Africa; reaching out to all the third world nations and we have this to say; our focus is on good governance with academic excellence. The issue of national concern is a ‘grassroots thing’; a time comes in the affairs and history of every government when leadership must take it proper place, else misuse and misappropriation of human and natural resources will be inevitable. How do our government actually govern, is matter of serious concern; this is entirely determined by it strong political system and the rule of law. We have been fed with chaffs for too long and there is no true substance in our governmental affairs. True leadership is lost, and I mean this with all uttermost sincerity and a deep sense patriotism; (I’m a concerned citizen) but we seem not to give any serious attention to this issues; we have abandon everything into the hands of the so called ‘politicians’, (who are actually politi-casters!).

Now at the Dickson Leadership Training Institute International (DLTI International), we have set up a system for restoration of true democracy an good governance that will provide and pivot a deep rooted and reliable leadership strategy!
